If you are not 100% satisfied with your new N1 products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below:
* Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
* All returned items must be received by N1 within 14 days of the approved return request.
* Please allow 2 to 3 business days after we receive your return for processing.
* The N1 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from www.n1glovesusa.com.
* This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
β’ GLOVE ID personalized items are custom-made and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please carefully review your glove model, size, spelling, and personalization details before placing your order.

β’ A full refund (less original shipping and handling fees) will be issued to the original payment method for gloves that are unused, in new condition, and have the protective plastic on the palms fully intact and unopened. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
